   This part of the Union operates three activities:

• Assisting workplace parties (employers and union members) to assess, design and deliver workplace skills and trades training.
• Promoting the need and value of trades training through the Trade up initiative.
Toronto Labour Day Parade will be held on Monday September 6, 2010. For further information contact your Steward or Chief/Principal Steward
Port Elgin Labour Day Parade will be held on Monday September 6, 2010. Parade marshalling will start at 10:00 AM at the Home Hardware north of Port Elgin on Hwy. 21 and will depart from the Home Hardware parking lot at 11:00 AM
