Job Overview:

Project Technicians ensure that assigned systems/facilities are installed in accordance with design specifications, drawings and procedures to the requirements of the applicable Quality Assurance program. They participate in the resolution of technical problems and the coordination of contracts. Carry out duties such as participation in testing, drawing interpretation, code interpretation, report writing, quality inspections and quantity measurements.

The Project Technician – Civil base hourly rate ranges from $32.00 – $54.00 dependent on experience and training. In addition to the hourly wage, there is 10% Vacation and Statutory Holiday Pay, Extended Health Benefits Plan and a self-directed RRSP Retirement Fund.

To meet the challenges of this dynamic opportunity, you must have:

• Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Two-year college diploma in an appropriate technical subject or a Certificate of Qualification in a civil trade with experience in a nuclear facility.
